Our Outreach

Bayshore Presbyterian Outreach

Before COVID-19 we provided several community events Music by the Bay and Oktoberfest on our front lawn. These free events were a gathering place for neighbors and friends. Classic Rock music was shared along with food. Gifts were accepted for “End 68 Hours of Hunger”  – a program that provides food for hungry children through the weekend. We are looking forward to continuing this tradition soon – so stay tuned!

We also opened our church to the Rebecca Penney Piano Festival. A wonderful program that brings future masters in from all over the world. We were blessed by their talents.

We sponsor  Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for our neighbors at “Presbyterian Homes.”  They were not going to have a Thanksgiving dinner until we offered to help. Two of our members sit on their board.

We yearly provide parking for the Gasparilla parades at a cost – with the half the money to the Boy Scouts and half the money to the church.
